Attract and retain employees
A good work environment is also an important competitive parameter, not least in times of low unemployment and high job turnover in the labour market. It takes more to attract and retain qualified employees than "a good salary".
At KP Consult, we work actively to develop companies, employees and the daily work environment. A good work environment consists of many elements, but it always starts with management. How is your work environment? Do you work actively with the statutory APV (workplace assessment)? Do you conduct employee satisfaction surveys? Is there room for development?
We have many different tools in the toolbox, but it always starts with uncovering the company's challenges and aspirations for the future, whether it is about increasing work satisfaction and motivation among employees, attracting qualified candidates or something else.
Consultant Helle Hollmann has many years of experience with management and development and as a coach has the ability to see and promote the developmental potential in groups as well as individuals. A starting point could be your company's mandatory workplace assessment, where we address concrete challenges and findings.
After an initial dialogue, we create a plan for a structured process, where managers and employees are involved in the work of developing a good work environment.
A process can, among other things, consist of:
- Workshops
- Group conversations
- 1:1 conversations
- Development of specific conversation/communication tools
